Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all cultural storytelling tags and brand labels still attached, then pack it securely in the original packaging.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement size within 5-7 business days.
